The Bathroom: Daily cleaning |
|||
The bathroom - Daily cleaningIn the morning before you leave everyday is the best time to clean the bathroom. You will come home to a clean home, clean bathroom, and if company comes for dinner, your bathroom is in tiptop shape. Everyday bathroom cleaning can take as little as five minutes to fifteen minutes, depending on what is on your task list for the day and how bad the bathroom really is. The tub is an easy task on the everyday occasion. What you are going to do is simply wipe out the hair that is on the side of the tub or shower. This prevents drain clogs in the end, and it keeps your tub or shower looking gleaming clean all week until your next cleaning session. A simple wipe with a paper towel takes care of it all. If you like, you can use shower spritz, prevents soap scum build up over the week so your weekend cleaning is that much easier. Spritzing the shower curtain, or at least just at the bottom with some type of bleach cleaner prevents soap and bacteria build-ups. The simple act of wiping down the bathroom is what daily cleaning is really all about. Besides wiping down the tub from hair, you can also wipe down the toilet. Just taking a wet wipe cleaning rag, wiping off the hair under the lid from pets, urine around the toilet and the back of the toilet seat – which all takes less than a minute total, your bathroom is looking ready for company at any time! Using another wet rag (never use the same from the toilet or the tub on the sink – that is just gross) wipe out the sink. This will get up the hair, saving on clogs later on in life, and taking all the toothpaste out of the sink gives your bathroom a fast clean that makes you almost ready for company! Don’t forget, doing these little tasks before leaving for work for the day really makes coming home wonderful – as you are coming home to a clean home. So your bathroom looks great right? The last thing you can do before heading out the door is make sure you put your cleaners away, brushes in the drawer, hang the towels up and fill up the toilet paper if it needs it. if you bring home company for dinner, you don’t have to worry about making it to the bathroom before they do because your bathroom is already in great shape. |
