Outside of your home: Light fixtures

Wipe down your light fixtures at least once a year to keep them free of spider webs and dust that clings to the fixtures. Wiping down the fixtures at least once a year is going to make the finish on the fixtures last longer. Spring or fall is a good time to clean your lights and make sure they are in working order.
